Inviting applications for the role Principal Consultant _ Workday core HCM Talent In this role you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, relaying the solution via case management, demonstrating the configurations through collaboration with our technical team and audiences, converting data, assisting in testing and trouble shooting. Responsibilities . Working closely with the Solutions Managers and business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful configuration, testing and deployment with required documentation .Developing test cases and data mining/staging, automates testing processes by developing unit test scripts, as needed .Providing production support for escalated issues and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience .Robust problem-solving skills knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques in assigned platform (Workday or ServiceNow) .Competency in development of Business Processing and Workflows .Domain expertise in functional modules of assigned platform (Talent ) Preferred Qualifications .Proven experience in Workday HCM Talent , .Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience .
