This person should be able to make configuration changes to the existing Workday system. Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core Workday Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Expense. Knowledge in Reports, Workday Docs, Smart Recruiters. Experience in Business Process setup General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas Good understanding of Workday Security Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
