The role involves managing key accounts, developing channel partners, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets - Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance - Handle key architect, builder, and dealer relationships - Expand channel partner and dealer network across assigned regions - Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth execution - Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis - Negotiate pricing and close high-value projects Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in sales leadership within building materials / architectural products - Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers - Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills - Strategic mindset with strong market understanding - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
