Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced X++ Developer to join client’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. This role will focus on developing, customizing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, with additional emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support complex business processes in a global automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
- Build and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
- Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
- Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
- Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
- Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
- Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
- Good knowledge of D365 modules such as:
- Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
- Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience with ISVs such as Exflow (SignUp), TAS (SK Global), or Comarch.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
- Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
