Job Description Position: QA Manual Engineer Experience: 3 to 6 years Responsibilities: Review and analyze system specifications to thoroughly understand project requirements. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies and detailed test plans. Execute both manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality and performance. Evaluate product code to ensure it adheres to specifications and standards. Create comprehensive logs documenting testing phases, procedures, and defects found. Report bugs and errors to development teams with clear and concise information. Assist in troubleshooting issues identified during testing phases. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to validate software functionality and performance in real-world scenarios. Demonstrate expertise in mobile application testing, API testing, and performance testing methodologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Skills: Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and practices. Experience and expertise in mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms. Knowledge of API testing tools and techniques. Ability to analyze and interpret system specifications and requirements. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Proactive in learning and applying new technologies. Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality solutions.
