We are seeking a Director of Design & Production in Fixed or Architectural Woodworking to lead Arari’s technical design vision and production systems. This senior leadership role combines c reative technical direction, operational mastery, and team development , ensuring our projects meet global woodworking standards. What you will do - Lead design direction and elevate Arari’s creative and technical ethos, implementing international best practices and standards. - Oversee the full production lifecycle of solid and panel woodworking — including paneling, built-in units, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, desks, internal and external doors and windows — from drawings through execution and installation, ensuring complete client satisfaction across a variety of materials. - Build systems, SOPs, and QC processes to ensure scalability and efficiency. - Collaborate with our European partners to adopt best-in-class systems for drawings, CAD-CAM technology, and production management. - Work closely with leadership to define and drive the next chapter of Arari’s growth. What we’re looking for - 12–15+ years of experience in high-end architectural and fixed millwork with international exposure. - Strong technical foundation in CAD-CAM, AutoCAD, Revit, materials, and fabrication methods. - A systems-driven leader who balances creativity with delivery, cost discipline, and operational efficiency. - Someone eager to live and work in New Delhi, India , embracing its cultural richness while making a professional impact at scale.
