Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business goals. - Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns across digital, content, events, and traditional channels. - Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. - Drive brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistent market presence and differentiation. - Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and product launches. - Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI. - Measure and report on marketing performance using KPIs and analytics, adjusting strategies as needed. - Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred. - 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. - Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth. - Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and data-driven decision making. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships. - Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital advertising platforms. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing within [industry e.g., technology, FMCG, healthcare]. - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy. - Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives.
