Unity UI Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking an expert-level Unity Developer who excels in UI Engineering. Your primary mission is to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into fully functional UI inside Unity (uGUI) with pixel-perfect accuracy and polished, game-quality motion. ➡️ You do not need to create original art — but you must implement it at a top-tier level. Required Expertise 1️⃣ Figma → Unity Execution (Top Priority) - Expert in Figma Dev Mode — precise extraction of sizing, spacing, colors, and components - Ability to convert Figma Auto Layout into Unity Layout Groups with exact behavioral matching - Proper asset export workflow (2x/3x PNGs, vector logic, correct slicing) - Convert Figma components into reusable Unity Prefabs consistently 2️⃣ Advanced uGUI Development - Mastery of Canvas Scaler, Anchors, & Pivots for responsive UI across all device sizes - Strong understanding of 9-slicing for clean, scalable UI elements - TextMeshPro (TMP) experience including font styles, spacing, and rendering quality 3️⃣ Animation & Game Feel - Strong skills in DOTween or similar tweening frameworks - Able to build UI polish like pop-ups, transitions, and dynamic feedback effects - Bonus: Shader Graph familiarity for extra visual quality (e.g., glow or shine effects) 4️⃣ Engineering Quality - Clean, maintainable C# UI code architecture - Performance-focused workflow keeping UI efficient on low-end mobile devices - Integration experience with AdMob / AppLovin + analytics tools ✔ Next Step Please complete the form below to move forward: 🔗 https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeygu7zWsxaCasq0AZqqmgYUiJsfEaO10OWaxgu9DanIY9-Lw/viewform?usp=publish-editor After submitting the form, kindly message our CEO: 🔗 https://www.linkedin.com/in/nissanventura/
