Java Backend Developer

About Position: We are seeking a talented Java Backend Developer with experience in Microsoft Azure to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and cloud-native applications on Azure, ensuring high availability and performance. - Role: Java Backend Developer - Location: All Persistent Locations - Experience: 5 to 7 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.). - Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices architecture. - Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver robust cloud solutions. - Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.). - Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation and management. - Implement security, authentication, and authorization using Azure Active Directory and other Azure security services. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and best practices. Expertise You'll Bring: - Proven experience as a Java backend developer with strong knowledge of Java 5+. - Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data). - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools. - Strong knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. - Understanding of cloud security best practices and implementation. - Experience with version control tools like Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
