Europe Girl Cosmetics is a fast-growing beauty and lifestyle brand known for offering high-quality, trend-forward products. We're looking for an experienced and driven Marketplace Manager to handle our brand presence across leading e-commerce platforms in India, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Tira.

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations and product listings across Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, and Flipkart

* Optimize listings for SEO, pricing, and conversions

* Coordinate with content and design teams for banners, A+ content, and campaigns

* Plan and execute platform-specific promotions and offers

* Analyze performance data and create actionable reports to boost sales

* Ensure stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch

* Maintain relationships with platform account managers

* Monitor and respond to customer reviews, queries, and ratings

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and/or Tira

* Strong knowledge of listing optimization, PPC campaigns, and marketplace algorithms

* Proficient in using seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Partner Portal, etc.)

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and coordination abilities

* Based in or willing to work from Mumbai Central
