Sr Engineer From Assemble Line Parts to Excellence Job Description Impact/: Delivering intricate, value/-added assemblies that go beyond simple moulding will determine the future of plastic component production. In order to achieve world/-class quality and speed in the final product build, we are constructing an integrated production line that seamlessly optimises automated and manual assembly processes for lean manufacturing principles. We frequently integrate technologies like heat staking, ultrasonic welding, and vision systems. Key Responsibilities/: You will oversee the assembly department 's technical operations on your own. This entails creating and recording assembly Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, designing and commissioning all required fixtures, assembly jigs, and semi/-automated equipment, optimising line balance through cycle time analysis, and putting techniques like Poka/-Yoke into practice to get rid of assembly flaws. The efficiency, yield rate, and direct labour cost of the assembly line will be entirely under your control, which will have a direct impact on the profitability and scalability of our production. The success of our business will be directly and palpably impacted by your proficiency with process flow, tool design, and continuous improvement techniques.
