Sr Engineer Developing Victory Lines from Assembly Lines Job Description Responsibilities/: Using the concepts of ergonomics and lean manufacturing, design and create effective workstations, layouts, and assembly procedures. Oversee the design, justification, installation, and commissioning of new fixtures, automated cells, jigs, and assembly equipment. To ensure that important aspects of the product and process are appropriately controlled, create and maintain process control documents, such as Control Plans and Process FMEA. Junior engineers, technicians, and production staff should be mentored and trained in process best practices, quality standards, and technical troubleshooting methods. To ensure precision and durability, specify, design, and validate all assembly tools, fixtures, and gauging. Soft Skills/: Strong analytical, data/-driven, and methodical thinking abilities. strong project management and leadership skills to promote cross/-functional change. Good communication for technical findings presentation and operator training.
