Human Resource Assistant Manager

Role: Assistant Manager – Human Resources Experience: 2–3 years preferred (exceptional fresh graduates or interns with relevant interest may also apply) Work Mode: Onsite, full-time at Onlygood Gurugram office Education: Degree in Psychology, HR, MBA, or equivalent fields Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. - Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires. - Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and performance documentation. - Assist in designing HR policies, feedback mechanisms, engagement programs, and appraisal cycles. - Coordinate training, development, and internal communication initiatives. - Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations. - Work closely with leadership to ensure cultural alignment and process consistency.
