Key Responsibilities

- Present engaging product and brand videos with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with the content & design team to create scripts, ideas, and video plots.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) with regular posts, reels, and stories.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns.
- Track social media insights, trends, and analytics to improve performance.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to content writing when needed.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and aesthetics across all channels.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a video presenter or social media handler.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to script and ideate creative video and social media content.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
- Basic photography, videography, and reel editing skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Immediate joining preferred.
