Lead - Social Media Content INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies 1 Reports to Is a Team leader Y Team Size Grade AVP VP Business Retail Banking Department Marketing Sub-Department Corporate Brand Location Mumbai HO Worli About The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand marketing strategy that drives awareness affinity therefore consideration for Brand Axis Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis i e What does the Brand stand for Our Brand Philosophy etc About the Role The primary responsibility of the role is to ideate strategize and action creative content development for the brand and various products for digital platforms The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data on a periodic basis identify performance trends and incorporate it into content planning and execution Lastly the candidate will be responsible for integrating best practices and creating new themes properties on social media basis analysis of trending themes and customer responses Key Responsibilities Identify content creation opportunities and create relevant cross-platform content strategy in various formats Develop overall content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term targets for brand and marketing campaigns Systematically analyze design develop and test revise the learning solutions Develop track report key KPIs e g Increase in engagement awareness share of voice applause rate etc Work with brand managers and other teams in the bank to generate insights for new content across brand categories products functions etc Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is MBA in Marketing 8 - 11 years of experience in Marketing Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job a candidate should possess the following Knowledge -Digital Marketing Content Strategy Content Development A very rich grasp of writing and editing content Skills - Good communication and excellent presentation skills self-driven Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
