Job location: - Remote Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Developer with expertise in Assembler, CICS, and COBOL to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mainframe development and a solid understanding of core mainframe technologies. Experience in VSAM, DB2, and application support will be considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain mainframe applications using Assembler, CICS, and COBOL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. - Conduct code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure software quality and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to mainframe applications in a timely manner. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, user manuals, and release notes.
