Job Description

1. Effective management of store operation in material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of material as per company policy.
2. Knowledge of SAP for MM & PS module is must.
3. Maintain physical inventory of material & match with SAP system periodically.
4. Knowledge of proper bookkeeping, Inventory & store management.
5. Inspect deliveries of damage or discrepancies, report to vendor, user & accounting for reimbursements & record keeping.
6. Responsible for assisting the store manager with day-to-day operations of the store, with a particular focus on inventory management and ensuring the smooth function.
7. Taking physical inventory twice in year to cross check with the SAP inventory report.
8. Ensure Bar code label printing & labeling on arrival of asset material in store.
9. Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation for transfer of material in inter-state & intra state with E-way bill & relevant documents processing compliance.
10. Good knowledge of Scrap disposal procedure for all types of material.
11. Control the functions and implement the processes by ensuring that all materials are received , disbursed , accrued , binned , issued , and dispatched , utilizing in the organization.
12. Ensure project purchase assets need to be capitalize in co-ordination with account team on timely basis.
13. Need to monitor/ control all projects & non-project store & inventory operation at Shirpur & Dhule Campuses.
