Job Title Engineer - NPD Reports to DGM - NPD Qualification B E Diploma in Mechanical Tool Die Making Experience 3 years in product development Plastic Injection Molding Die Casting Automotive Components Job Purpose Responsible for planning and developing new products per customer requirements managing multiple projects and guiding engineering teams to deliver innovative high-quality products Key Responsibilities Design and develop plastic products end-to-end with expertise in injection molding DFM and BOM management Lead tool design tool cost estimation mold manufacturing and successful tool commissioning Conduct trials debug molding issues shrinkage deformation cycle time and establish molding parameters Collaborate with tooling vendors and select appropriate molding machines and auxiliary equipment Review engineering documentation pilot samples and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations Implement innovative solutions for product and process improvement Skills Knowledge Product development and process engineering in plastics die casting Tool building Insert Co-Molding and long molding cycle management Stage-gate development processes QA compliance production planning Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
