Job Description You should apply if you have: 4-5 years of proven experience in managing social media strategy, content, and performance for a consumer brand or digital-first company Strong understanding of digital platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with hands-on experience in content planning and campaign execution A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights, track KPIs, and optimize for engagement and conversions A creative flair for storytelling and trend adaptation, especially within fitness and nutrition categories Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, performance marketing, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns You should not apply if you: Are not comfortable owning and driving the full social media strategy end-to-end Struggle with consistency, deadlines, or maintaining creative quality under pressure Don't enjoy experimenting with new formats like reels, shorts, or trending content Are not actively engaged in understanding evolving social media trends and consumer behavior Lack an understanding of performance metrics or brand positioning Skills Required: Expertise in social media strategy, planning, and analytics Strong creative ideation and content briefing abilities Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations Familiarity with paid social campaigns and performance metrics Ability to use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms Deep understanding of content formats suited to different platforms Awareness of trends in the health, fitness, and nutrition space What will you do Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with brand objectives Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across all social platforms Lead content ideation and ensure timely production and publishing of posts, reels, and campaigns Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and prepare actionable insights for growth Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators for brand campaigns Partner with design and content teams to ensure all assets are on-brand and visually consistent Keep the brand ahead of the curve by spotting trends and adapting them creatively Monitor competition and industry best practices to enhance Nutrabay's digital footprint Work Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably within a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brand Working days: Monday - Friday Location: Magnum Global Park, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office) Perks: Work with a fast-growing health and nutrition brand with massive social reach Opportunity to lead campaigns that shape brand voice and engagement A creative environment where innovation and experimentation are encouraged Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams Why Nutrabay: We believe in an open, intellectually honest culture where everyone is given the autonomy to contribute and do their life's best work.
