The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, innovative teaching skills, and a commitment to developing the next generation of software engineers and developers. Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Duties - Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in MERN Stack and related web development technologies. - Develop and update course materials, lab manuals, and learning resources. - Guide students in projects, internships, and industry-oriented assignments. - Conduct assessments, exams, and evaluations as per academic policies. - Mentor students on career paths, coding best practices, and industry standards. Research & Professional Development - Engage in research, publications, and academic projects in the field of modern web technologies. - Participate in conferences, FDPs, seminars, and technical workshops. - Collaborate with the department for curriculum development and enhancement. Institutional Responsibilities - Support departmental activities such as admissions, events, and academic committees. - Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment. - Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA) and academic quality assurance. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. - Excellent understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, Frontend/Backend development, and full-stack architecture. - Familiarity with Git/GitHub, cloud platforms, DevOps basics, and modern development tools. - Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Ability to conduct hands-on coding sessions and solve real-time problems. - Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive web design is a plus. Educational Qualifications - M.Tech / M.E / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent. - Candidates with UGC NET / PhD (Preferred but not mandatory). - Relevant industry certifications are an added advantage. Experience - 15 years of teaching and/or industry experience in MERN Stack development. - Freshers with strong project portfolios may also be considered.
