**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with our educational team to structure a 30-hour training curriculum that covers core topics in DSA and MERN Stack.
- **Workshop Delivery**: Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions, covering theoretical and practical aspects, live coding, and project-based exercises.
- **Skill Assessment**: Create and administer assessments to gauge student understanding, identifying areas where additional focus is needed.
- **Mentorship & Guidance**: Provide individual support to students, helping them troubleshoot issues and providing real-world insights on industry best practices.
- **Mock Interviews**: Conduct mock interviews focusing on DSA and MERN, offering constructive feedback to enhance students' performance.
- **Project Supervision**: Guide students through real-world projects that demonstrate their grasp of both DSA concepts and the MERN stack, encouraging them to solve practical problems.
- **Progress Tracking**: Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback and recommendations to improve outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, specifically with MERN stack.
- Strong background in Data Structures & Algorithms and experience in conducting technical interviews.
- Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in JavaScript, with a deep understanding of MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex DSA concepts simply.
- Familiarity with coding platforms and tools used for DSA practice, such as LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: ₹2,700.00 - ₹3,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
