Shall engage in regular client interaction to ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills/Competencies – - 12-15 years of relevant project management experience - Qualification – MBA preferred - The Project Manager shall possess PMP Certification - Shall be well versed in the development methodologies viz., Agile and Waterfall - As Project Manager the person shall be responsible to work closely with the client, overseeing all aspects of the projects. In this role you will drive the charge with project direction, metric direction and performance management. - The candidate is expected to be an ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets and goals with creative approach to work. - Ability to mentor team members - Expertise to manage and deliver projects - Can Handle Pressure - Excellent Communication Skills - Organizing and Motivating Skills - Excellent MS Excel skill - Go-getter attitude
