This role offers hands-on responsibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.Project : This is a high rise residential & commercial building project in Mumbai.Your responsibility will includeAdministrate & monitor the Project Construction/Coordination/ISO/snagging etc.Co-ordinate/Correspondences with the Client, Architect and Consultants.Assist and finalize tender documents for project, for balance work.Prepare Programme in MSP including material Procurement, labour requirement & cash flow to meet programme adopted.Arrange safety (HSE) requirement in specific and be attentive on site to ensure no accident/mischiefs take place at site.Maintain site administrative record as per Project Contract requirement & as per Companies ISO norms.Receive, Monitor and IssueDaily Progress ReportWeekly Progress ReportMonthly Progress Report & Monthly MIS report to clientCheck ListBar Bending ScheduleReceived and approved Running Accounts bills as per contract provision including advances, recoveries.Examine methods/steps to be taken from various agencies to achieve unhindered progress at site.Issue PMI to contactor duly approved by management for workIssue instruction to contractor for safety, progress, quality or otherwise in execution of contract.Receive, examine & discuss claims to conclude from various contractors, consultants and recommend to management for closing/settlement within contract provisionRaise claims/warning to contractors of defaulting agencies as per contract conditions.Responsible in developing companies interest and goal in further prospects of the companyTo provide technical guidance on site whenever and wherever required and resolving critical issues on site. Further include QA/QC during execution as per contractSupervise & Guide project team at site for preparation of programs, procedures and method statements for construction activities.Hold periodic weekly review meetings for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities, and the client/consultant.Monitor the working of construction for adequacy of man power and workmanship.Ensure the timely delivery of all project events, reports, meetings and production of all necessary documentation.Receive & Submit interim and final results of the project to the management/client/consultant.Identify and develop alternate contractor for timely completion of the project.Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards to achieve project times lines with prior approval from Client.Suggest changes to achieve cost reduction without changing design and compromising quality.Applying change control and configuration management process.About YouYou have a degree qualification in Civil Engineering. Post graduation is considered as an additional qualification. You have minimum 12-18 years or more of relevant experience in Project execution, Project Planning & Coordination.You are tech-savvy, can building a good relationship with Client, Consultants & Contractor. You have good command on Autocad / ZWCAD, workable knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and familiar with latest trends in Construction Industry.
