Job Summary Technical Competence Hands-on experience in designing and developing Test Automation suite using Java Hands-on experience in developing test automation in Cucumber and Selenium Mandatory Technical skills and experience in Core Java Cucumber Selenium Maven Unix Shell Scripting SQL programming Knowledge in Test Automation Design patterns like Page Object Model Page Object Factory etc Experience Knowledge in Version Control systems like GitHub CVS Subversion etc Experience in Continuous Integration Tools - Jenkins Hudson Experience in Performance engineering including performance testing tools scripting is an advantage Test Manager Competency Minium 15 years of experience in end-to-end test management both functional and technical Good verbal and written communication skills Good experience in setting up the testing team in various location managing the large size team Good experience in Testing Delivery which includes System Testing Test Automation System Integration Testing Performance Testing Failover Testing Security Testing and User Acceptance Testing Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks Experienced in Agile methodology handling scrum of scrums and Waterfall models Understanding on source control versioning branching SCM tool and compliance etc A highly motivated person that is passionate about collaborating with others to drive results has a team first attitude and can motivate others to do the same to improve the organization Ability to influence senior stakeholders manage conflicting requirements and gain consensus on the best way forwards Pragmatic approach able to simplify processes and implement lean techniques Analyse and review functional and non-functional requirements Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills attitudes and motivation Defines and maintains Testing standards controls Responsible for staff management aspects inclusive of recruitment talent development knowledge retention etc Provides regular communication and training to test teams in respect to standards and processes Conducts reviews of testing performed on projects and provide recommendations as required Design performance test scenarios Design automated performance test suite Guide system performance testing to ensure system reliability capacity and scalability Mandatory experience in CDD and KYC end to end processes Key Responsibilities Strategy Strategize the Technology roadmap for CEE Hive Delivery Foster engineering mindset among the people and develop talent within the team Provide Inputs directions for strategic programs across Solutions Design and Approach to implementation Adopt the bank s cloud strategy and drive within our programs projects Independently drive Testing strategy for all applications in CEE Hive Guide new ideas through the ideation and design process to ensure they are sufficiently defined to address and meet strategic goals Build strong relationship with Product Owner SMEs Production Support teams SRE and proactively manage stakeholder management Mandatory experience in CDD and KYC end to end processes Business Manage good relationship with our stakeholders in COO PSS Technology Services and Architecture teams Work with Biz teams to define the outcomes and business benefits around Technology changes Work with Business teams in articulating key technology risks so that its better understood Work towards addressing these across our squads Take part in Technology evaluation around Products Services on new initiatives Processes Adhere to ADO principles and guidelines on all Program delivery Compliance on ICS guidelines Security and Data protection Compliant SCB Group code of conduct and standards Compliance on CCIB Design and architecture guidelines Data governance and policies People Talent Train retain and motivate teams under you providing leadership where required Recognize talent and identify the training coaching areas for employees Manage the expectations Provide timely feedback on Performance Training Areas of improvement Addressing Bias etc Identify top talent succession planning key person dependency risk and constantly work to address them with the appropriate plans Be the face of the bank to your teams and communicate on things happening in department bank locale to drive the best results Risk Management Anticipate and handle all the delivery challenges and risks and adhere to Group compliance requirements based on business criticality levels Handle team capacity and manage workloads Manage the team and raise upfront on the people onboarding requirements as early as possible Governance Must be aware of the Group s regulatory framework and is expected to adhere based on the role Must understand the
