Technical Trainer

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing delivering and evaluating technical training programs for employees and clients This role involves creating comprehensive training materials conducting training sessions and assessing the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development and Delivery Design and develop training materials including presentations documents and code samples Develop and deliver structured training programs in topics such as software development algorithms data structures databases computer networks operating systems and more Hands-on Practice Organize and lead hands-on coding sessions and workshops guiding learners in real-time coding debugging and troubleshooting Training Workshops Conduct live coding demonstrations webinars and workshops on specific tools technologies or programming languages e g DSA Java JAVA Script Full Stack etc Assessment and Feedback Evaluate students or trainees performance through assessments projects and coding challenges Provide constructive feedback and advice on how to improve their coding and technical skills Keep Up with Industry Trends Stay updated with the latest trends programming languages frameworks and best practices in the computer science and software development fields Incorporate these new trends and technologies into the training curriculum Problem Solving and Guidance Overcome challenges in understanding complex concepts Provide troubleshooting support for code-related issues or difficulties in learning new technologies Mentorship Provide mentorship to students or professionals looking to advance in their careers Guide learners through project work research and real-world applications Soft Skills Development In addition to technical skills provide training in soft skills necessary for the workplace such as communication teamwork and problem-solving Skills Expertise Technical Skills Strong command of programming languages e g DSA Java JAVA script Full Stack etc Knowledge of frameworks e g React Angular Django Proficiency in databases SQL NoSQL and web development technologies Understanding of computer science fundamentals algorithms data structures operating systems Cloud computing DevOps and AI ML concepts may also be relevant Qualifications Education Bachelors Masters degree in CSE or equivalent experience certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus Experience Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role experience preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Python Java C JavaScript Leetcode C Operating System Data structure Data base management Hacker rank Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Presentation Skills Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences Analytical Skills Strong ability to analyze training needs evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements Interpersonal Skills Ability to build rapport with trainees work collaboratively with team members and provide constructive feedback Organizational Skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with learning management systems LMS and e-learning tools Familiarity with project management methodologies Java JavaScript Leetcode C Operating System Data structure Algorithm Data base management Hacker rank What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career growth A dynamic and inclusive work environment Share your resume at 9875965908 Department DCPD Department of Career Planning and Development Skills Required Java OOPS Desirable Skills Java OOPS Technical Training DBMS Data Structures Algorithms Operating Systems SQL
