Your Role - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and productivity analysis. - Drive IT service management enhancements, focusing on Incident and Problem Management. - Implement automation and industrialization to improve ADM delivery efficiency. - Analyze project financials (cost/revenue), identify cost drivers, and support cost control. - Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to co-create value and present improvement outcomes. - Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and showcase operational improvements. Your Profile - Strong experience in ADM delivery and application maintenance processes. - Proficiency in ITIL practices and service management frameworks. - Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. - Financial acumen in cost analysis, budgeting, and effort optimization. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and data analytics platforms (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
