Role Summary:

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented HR Interns with 2 months of experience or adequate knowledge of HR norms to join our dynamic team. As an intern, youll support human resource activities to build a talented and inclusive workforce for the 'Influence India 2025' campaign and India-wide initiatives, working closely with our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your HR skills in the global hair extension and grooming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews for the 'Influence India 2025' campaign and India-wide events.

- Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement programs to ensure a seamless and inclusive experience for new hires.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases in compliance with HR norms.

- Help implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and best practices.

- Conduct research on HR trends and compliance requirements to enhance talent management strategies.

- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with Emilio Beauforts ethical and sustainable mission.

- Contribute innovative ideas to foster a positive, dynamic, and compliant workplace environment.

What Were Looking For:

- Candidates currently in their final year of college or graduated within the past few months (preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields).

- 6 months of HR experience (e.g., internships, projects) or adequate knowledge of HR norms (e.g., recruitment, compliance, employee engagement).

- Passion for people management, sustainability, and initiatives like campaigns and workshops, with an interest in global and India-wide trends.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Mandatory: Must have your own computer or laptop for work purposes.
