About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Unpaid HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers a unique chance to work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute to various HR functions. While this is an unpaid position, we are dedicated to providing a rich learning experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world HR challenges.

Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and preparing new hire paperwork.
Support the maintenance of HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Aid in the organization and coordination of HR events and training sessions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance regulations.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
