Senior AccountantPosition Overview We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure accurate accounting practices The successful candidate will handle various accounting functions prepare financial reports and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Compliance Maintain basic accounting compliances and statutory requirements Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance Handle GST TDS and other tax-related compliances Prepare and file various returns within stipulated timelines Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare comprehensive MIS reports using advanced Excel functions Create detailed financial statements and periodic reports Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for improvement Monitor and manage cash flow operations effectively Develop budgets and prepare financial forecasts System Management Operate Tally ERP software for daily accounting operations Maintain accurate data entry and ensure system integrity Generate reports from Tally for management review Required QualificationsEducation M Com B Com or MBA in Finance only Professional accounting certifications will be an added advantage Experience 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles Hotel industry experience will be given preference during shortlisting Experience in handling complete accounting cycles Technical Skills Mandatory Requirements Advanced Excel proficiency - Pivot tables VLOOKUP complex formulas data analysis Tally ERP expertise - Complete knowledge of accounting modules and reporting features Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Preferred Skills CRM software proficiency - Experience with customer relationship management systems Knowledge of other accounting software Understanding of industry-specific accounting practices Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work Good communication skills for reporting and coordination Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Team collaboration and coordination abilities What We Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Professional growth opportunities Stable work environment Note Only candidates meeting the specified educational and experience criteria will be considered for this position Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Coonoor Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Accounting 3 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
