Marketing Executive Location: Chandigarh, India (Onsite) Working Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM IST (Monday - Friday) Reports to: Marketing Manager (UK-based) At PRG, we believe in investing in our people. We’re hiring a creative and detail-driven Marketing Executive to lead internal communications, design engaging presentations, and support campaigns across our international brands. This is a varied role with plenty of ownership, perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity, copywriting, and organisation to deliver consistent, impactful marketing. Why Join Us? - Work on global projects across multiple recruitment brands - UK working hours (afternoon shifts) for better work-life balance - Develop skills in communications, design, websites, and campaign delivery - Gain exposure to international marketing strategies and best practices - Fun, collaborative India office culture with regular events and celebrations - Fast-paced, growing company where your work makes a real impact Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the Marketing Hub, ensuring teams have access to updated template, guides, and branded resources - Design professional, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates, pitches, and tenders - Support the preparation and communication of company-wide updates, ensuring a consistent voice across all regions - Update blogs, job posts, and news on company websites with accurate, brand-aligned content - Oversee job board administration, from posting roles to tracking performance and ensuring brand consistency - Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for internal comms, presentations, and marketing collateral - Create templated brand assets such as social graphics, internal visuals, and email signatures - Assist with automation campaigns and marketing initiatives when needed - Coordinate branded merchandise requests and liaise with suppliers Requirements - 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role - Strong PowerPoint skills with a flair for polished, professional presentation design - Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to tone and grammar - Highly organised, adaptable, and confident handling multiple projects at once - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across global teams Nice to Have - Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.G., WordPress) and job boards - Experience with marketing automation tools - Basic design knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator - Previous experience in a multi-brand or international organisation Ready to grow your marketing career in a dynamic, people-focused workplace?
