**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, medical professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and medical guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
