This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in operational excellence and AI-driven innovation while growing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do - Immersing in AI Tools: Dive into AI technologies and assist in creating smart workflows and automated solutions that make Voice AI operations more efficient and Personalized. - Problem Discovery: Continuous problem discovery of Voice AI services through call listening, gathering data, and extract actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement. - Design Frameworks: Help design and implement audit methodologies to assess the quality and performance of Voice AI & Human interactions. - Connect the Dots: Develop feedback loops that link findings and operational performance to identify areas for enhancements. - Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside product, tech, and operations teams to suggest new ideas and improve Voice AI tools based on audit insights and operational feedback. - Grow Your Career: Gain exposure to emerging AI trends and practical applications in Voice AI building a strong foundation for your future.
