The Artificial Intelligence team at QpiAI builds cutting edge platforms to address our customers' most challenging problems in AI across a variety of industry verticals and domains. The team supports enterprise customers from a variety of industries and strives to deliver exceptional innovative solutions, consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI. Some of the key areas our team is actively working to build novel capabilities include - Multi-Agent Systems, Autonomous Agent Orchestration, Agentic Planning & Execution, and Enterprise-grade Agent Deployment Solutions. Our team is looking for driven individuals who can work alongside us to build core capabilities around AI Agents and push the boundaries of what is possible. Some key traits that our colleagues share: Curiosity First Principles thinking Belief in continuous and sustained self-improvement Passion to blaze a trail and innovate in the emerging areas of AI Agents Key requirements: Solid 3 to 5 years of experience in building AI systems with demonstrable project(s) in autonomous agents and multi-agent architectures Strong theoretical knowledge of AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Task Planning, Agent Memory Systems, and Agent Communication Protocols Demonstrable experience in building/productionizing agent-based applications for enterprise use cases Experience in domain specific modeling and translating business problems into agent-based solutions Proficiency in agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and agent orchestration platforms Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and their integration with agent systems Prototyping and productionizing novel agent capabilities - leading to creation of intellectual property and published paper acceptance at prestigious international conferences Proficiency with Python, Agent Development Frameworks, and current AI stack: PyTorch, LangChain Ecosystem, Vector Databases etc. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to decompose complex business problems into enterprise-grade agent-based solutions with proper guardrails and safety measures Experience in agent evaluation metrics and performance optimization Additional Desired Skills: Strong understanding of agent safety and alignment principles Experience with agent evaluation techniques and strategy for domain focused problems Knowledge of agent communication protocols and standards Familiarity with agent deployment and scaling strategies Note: This role mandates consistent work from office, with limited grant of work from home.
