Job Description

Your challenges

- Attending Pipettes Maintenance & its Repair.
- Calibration of pipettes as per ISO 8655.
- Knowledge about ISO 17025 standards.
- Sending quotations to customers for required spares/Service/AMC for Pipettes through e365.
- Achieving the Service business target for Pipette calibration (Service/AMC).
- Achieving assigned Goals.
- Working closely with customer for on time payment collection.
- Management of complaints related to pipettes for the assigned territory.
- Customer Communication through E-mail / Letter.
- Customer Presentations about Eppendorf Service Capabilities, as and when needed.
- Working with the sales & service manager of the Branch.
- Updating the market feedback to the management.
- Daily CRM update (E365).

Your expertise

- Minimum 1 to 2 years industry related Calibration experience.
- Key understanding to handle customer complaints and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional experience in MS office tools is desired.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent).
