Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with designers and developers to gather and understand project requirements
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Write clean, modular, and efficient Python code following coding standards and best practices
- Design, implement, and optimize databases ensuring data integrity and performance
- Build RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between different software components
- Apply data structures and algorithms effectively for performance-oriented solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug code issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Work with QA to validate and test software functionalities
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Python and related technologies
- Take ownership of development tasks and deliver solutions within defined timelines
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Python Developer with a portfolio or examples of real-world projects
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Strong grasp of software development concepts, data structures, and algorithms
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries
- Experience with Git and collaborative coding workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative environment
