Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B lead generation, client
engagement, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
industrial or technology sales, with experience in selling high-value solutions like SaaS,
digital services, or enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential industrial clients using
LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
Client Qualification – Understand client needs, qualify leads, and schedule demos with
decision-makers.
Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain and track leads using CRM tools and ensure
consistent follow-ups.
Consultative Selling – Present BizConnect XploR’s 3D & XR solutions effectively,
demonstrating their impact on sales, training, and marketing.
Achieve Sales Targets – Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue goals through
proactive client engagement.
Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing & technical teams to refine sales
strategies and proposals.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, digital solutions,
or industrial products.
Proven ability to generate leads, engage decision-makers, and close sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to manage leads and track
performance.
A background in selling AR/VR/XR, SaaS, or industrial tech solutions is a huge plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
