Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in Client-Facing Sales to drive sustainable business growth. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional sales performance, especially in the real estate sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B sales opportunities, particularly in the real estate domain.
- Engage in Client-Facing Sales activities, visiting prospects, understanding business needs, and offering customized solutions.
- Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Schedule meetings with corporate clients and present tailored real estate offerings.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and explain service benefits effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports, client feedback, and financial insights.
- Conduct demonstrations of products/services aligned with client expectations.
- Represent the organization at real estate exhibitions, business events, and industry conferences.
- Negotiate contracts, address client queries, and ensure deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Real Estate Sales / Client-Facing Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and digital communication tools.
- Deep understanding of sales techniques, client engagement strategies, and negotiation methods.
- Ability to understand and present real estate services effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred).
