We help the world run better At SAP we enable you to bring out your best Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better How We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences values flexibility and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work We offer a highly collaborative caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development recognition for your individual contributions and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from What you ll build We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager with domain expertise in Field Service Management and experience in Asset-Intensive industries such as Industrial Machinery Components IM C and Utilities This role demands a strategic thinker who can define product direction collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept through delivery adoption and continuous improvement Product Strategy Roadmap Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with customer and market needs Prioritize product features using data-driven analysis customer feedback and market insights Collaborate with engineering design and architecture teams to deliver scalable and high-quality features Customer Engagement Adoption Actively engage with customers and partners to understand business pain points and opportunities Drive feature adoption through enablement materials rollout strategies and feedback loops Support customer workshops product demonstrations and onboarding sessions Feature Lifecycle Management Translate market and user needs into clear detailed requirements and user stories Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to release and continuous iteration Collaborate with UX QA and developers during the build phase and validate outcomes post-release Domain Leadership Act as the subject matter expert for Field Service processes especially in IM C and Utilities sectors Influence product design by integrating best practices from EAM SAP Plant Maintenance and external workforce management What you bring Domain Expertise Good to have experience in Field Service Management solutions and workflows Knowledge of asset-intensive industry processes e g preventive maintenance outage planning field dispatch Functional familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance PM and SAP Enterprise Asset Management EAM Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of Industrial Machinery Components IM C Utilities or similar sectors Awareness of regulatory operational and logistical challenges faced by asset-heavy organizations Technical Functional Competencies Exposure to external workforce and contractor management use cases Working knowledge of map service providers e g Google Maps HERE Esri and geospatial integration in service solutions Ability to work closely with architects and developers on API integration and extensibility aspects Product Management Skills Strong capability in driving product features from concept to delivery Experience in managing product backlogs writing user stories and using tools like JIRA or Aha Ability to analyze market trends and benchmark against competitive offerings Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Where you belong Success is what you make it At SAP we help you make it your own A career at SAP can open many doors for you If you re searching for a company that s dedicated to your ideas and individual growth recognizes you for your unique contributions fills you with a strong sense of purpose and provides a fun flexible and inclusive work environment -
