- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals in the general insurance sector.
- Lead the ideation, design, and launch of innovative insurance products to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine product offerings.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for all products.
- Utilise digital platforms to enhance product accessibility and customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify improvement areas.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Product Management should have:

- A strong understanding of the general insurance industry and product management principles.
- Proven experience in developing and managing digital insurance products.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to the insurance industry.
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field, with a focus on product management or insurance.
