Job Description

As the Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you are a key member of Motorola Solutions Salesforce IT working on the delivery portfolio of diverse technology projects alongside a team of talented Salesforce team. Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product features to provide accurate solutions. A fair understanding of Salesforce Configuration, Debugging, writing Apex Code, Lightning Web Component, Aura component, Complex flows, Advanced Debugging skills, and ability to read through the debug logs and grasp technical flow. A fair understanding of Integration capabilities such as APIs, middlewares, etc. Always adhering to best practices. Eagerness to enhance technical and functional knowledge.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations

- Proven experience as a Developer/ Software Engineer with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning Application Development.
- Understanding business and technical requirements for development work
- Preparing Technical Design Documents for development work
- Own the development and implementation of business deliverables.
- Collaborate with Leads, Architects, and cross-functional IT teams in the US and offshore locations to drive the technical solutions from development to implementation.
- Understand best practices in high-level system designs.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve code quality, reduce technical debt, and foster innovation.

Basic Requirements

- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is required.
- Salesforce certifications are not limited to Salesforce Platform Developer - I, Salesforce Platform Developer - II, Salesforce App Builder, etc.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, platform capabilities, features, and best practices, including chat, knowledge, and forums.
- Working experience on data integration techniques.
- Adhering to Salesforce best practices and performing code reviews of peer team members
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
