The ICU Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Intensive Care Unit ensuring high-quality patient care supervising nursing staff coordinating with doctors and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and medical standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage ICU staff including nurses technicians and support staff Monitor critically ill patients and ensure timely medical interventions Allocate and assign duties to ICU staff ensuring proper shift rotations Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and ICU safety standards Coordinate with doctors anesthetists and other specialists for patient treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records reports and ICU documentation Provide training mentoring and performance evaluations of nursing staff Handle emergency situations effectively and ensure the availability of required equipment and medicines Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of ICU equipment Maintain communication with patient families and provide updates regarding patient condition under hospital guidelines Qualifications Skills B Sc M Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Registration Minimum 5-7 years of nursing experience with at least 2-3 years in ICU Strong leadership team management and communication skills In-depth knowledge of ICU protocols emergency handling and patient care standards Ability to work in high-pressure and critical situations Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
