- Food Color Chemist Ankleshwar Location Position Food Color Chemist Location Ankleshwar Gujarat Industry Food Colors Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Conduct analysis testing and quality evaluation of food colors Synthetic Natural Perform color matching shade development and formulation of food-grade colorants Ensure all products comply with FSSAI FDA and regulatory standards Maintain QC QA documentation COA batch records and test reports Monitor raw materials in-process samples and finished products Handle instruments such as UV-Vis Spectrophotometer HPLC GC pH meter Moisture analyzer etc Support R D team in new product development and process improvement Identify non-conformities and assist in troubleshooting production issues Maintain laboratory safety hygiene and calibration standards Required Qualifications B Sc M Sc in Chemistry Organic Chemistry Industrial Chemistry or related field 2-7 years of experience in food color dyes pigments or food additive industry Strong understanding of food color chemistry and analytical methods Skills Required Expertise in wet chemistry analytical testing Knowledge of regulatory compliance FSSAI FDA Good documentation reporting skills Ability to work independently and in coordination with production QC teams Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
