Role (Full-time, On-site) • Lead Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Transport operations. • Ensure smooth arrivals/departures, VIP handling, and lobby experience. • Coordinate room status with Housekeeping; prioritize rush/early check-ins. • Oversee reservations, OTA coordination, upselling, and rate adherence. • Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit oversight. • Train, roster, and mentor the front-office team; maintain SOPs. • Handle guest feedback/escalations and drive service recovery. • Track KPIs (GSS, upsell, wait time, audit scores) and submit reports. • Use PMS/POS tools for allocation, forecasting, and MIS. Qualifications • Proven experience as Front Office Manager/Assistant Manager. • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. • Hands-on with PMS/reservations and basic revenue concepts. • Knowledge of cashiering, night audit, and compliance standards. • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality (preferred). • English fluency; Tamil/local language an advantage. - • Flexibility for shifts/weekends/holidays.
