Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert with a minimum of 2 years experience, specializing in Google Ads and META (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The candidate must have a proven track record of running high-ROI campaigns, managing ad budgets effectively, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google and META platforms.
- Conduct audience research, create ad creatives, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to meet acquisition and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to improve campaign performance continuously.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & META Ads management.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting performance metrics.
