Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Master Data Management

In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities
.Making updates to our Master Data application.
.Ensure that controls are in place and followed.
.Adhere to strict turnarounds and timeframes.
.Monitor and report any failures through updates to onshore staff.
.Ensure open communication with onshore around any delay in making changes.
.Assist with documenting updated processes where required.
.Make respective changes as agreed in both UAT and production.
.Internal communication only
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
.Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree
.Great at communication, collaboration (verbal and written)

Preferred qualifications/Skills
.Good customer handling skills
.Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
.Ability to define & solve problems, Collect Data, Establish facts
.High Energy Level
.Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
