Job Title Quality Manager - EVA Footwear Manufacturing Department Quality Assurance Location Bahadurgarh Reports To Factory Manager Head of Operations Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the quality of all products and processes within our EVA Ethylene Vinyl Acetate footwear manufacturing unit The role is critical in maintaining product standards customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory and industry benchmarks Key Responsibilities 1 Process Product Quality Control Monitor and inspect each stage of the production process including EVA compounding molding injection compression trimming finishing and packaging Conduct in-process checks and final product inspections to ensure adherence to design fit function and aesthetic requirements 2 Raw Material Supplier Quality Evaluate and approve EVA raw material and chemical suppliers Inspect incoming raw materials EVA resin color masterbatches additives and maintain quality traceability 3 Non-Conformance Corrective Action Investigate product defects and customer complaints conduct root cause analysis RCA Implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA to avoid reoccurrence of issues 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain all inspection records quality reports defect trend analyses and compliance certifications Prepare monthly quality performance reports and present findings to senior management 5 Team Leadership Training Lead supervise and train the quality control team Organize regular quality training for production and inspection staff to promote a quality-focused culture 6 Customer Compliance Audits Coordinate internal and external audits including client audits and third-party certifications Ensure compliance with product regulations environmental safety standards and buyer requirements Qualifications Skills Footwear certificate or a related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management within EVA footwear manufacturing Strong understanding of EVA processing footwear construction and quality standards Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 06 2025
