We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving paid growth across digital channels for eCommerce or product-based brands The ideal candidate is data-driven strategic and has hands-on experience in managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads You will be responsible for developing executing and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition conversion and ROI Key Responsibilities Plan and manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across Google Search Display YouTube Meta Facebook Instagram and remarketing platforms Conduct regular campaign analysis and A B testing to improve ROI CAC CTR and CPA Manage monthly budgets ad spends and ensure cost-efficiency with strong performance metrics Work closely with the creative content and product teams to generate compelling ad creatives and messaging Use tools like Google Analytics Meta Business Manager Ads Manager Amazon Seller Central etc for reporting and insights Monitor customer funnels and optimize landing pages in collaboration with web and UI teams Stay updated on industry trends competitor strategies and platform algorithm changes Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field 2 years of experience in performance marketing within an eCommerce or D2C product-based company Strong understanding of digital media buying retargeting audience segmentation and conversion tracking Hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads and marketplace advertising tools Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics Tag Manager Excel Google Sheets Hotjar etc Strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for results Good to Have Experience with email automation affiliate marketing or influencer marketing platforms Working knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies Experience in managing performance dashboards and attribution models Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Application Question s Current CTC Experience Digital marketing 2 years Required Work Location In person
