Job Title Cost Analyst Company Transparent Overseas Location Firozabad Salary Rs 15000 to 20000 per month About the Company Transparent Overseas is a reputed glass manufacturing and exporting firm known for delivering handcrafted superior-quality glassware to global home decor brands With a focus on authenticity quality and operational excellence the company manages large-scale production involving raw material sourcing manufacturing quality control and exports Role Overview The Cost Analyst will be responsible for analyzing monitoring and controlling costs at every stage of the manufacturing and export process The role involves evaluating material costs labor costs production overheads and logistics expenses to ensure optimal profitability and cost efficiency The analyst will provide detailed insights to management for decision-making and help identify areas for cost reduction without compromising on product quality or process standards Key Responsibilities Analyze and monitor costs related to raw materials production packaging quality control and logistics Develop and maintain cost sheets for each order product line or buyer Prepare cost comparisons between estimated and actual expenditures and identify deviations Evaluate vendor quotations and support the sourcing team in cost negotiation Work closely with the production and procurement teams to determine cost-saving opportunities Conduct break-even analyses margin analyses and product profitability studies Monitor freight export documentation and other related costs to ensure overall cost efficiency Create periodic reports and dashboards summarizing cost trends performance and variances Ensure all costing data aligns with accounting and inventory systems Tally ERP Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and standard cost models for management review Support management in pricing strategies and financial planning for international orders Required Skills Competencies Strong analytical and numerical ability Excellent command over MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Data Validation MIS reporting Good understanding of manufacturing cost structures and export processes Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data sets Problem-solving mindset and ability to suggest cost optimization measures Excellent communication and reporting skills Educational Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Finance or Business Administration Additional certification in Cost Accounting CMA preferred but not mandatory Experience Required 0-1 years of experience in costing budgeting or financial analysis preferably in a manufacturing or export-based company Key Performance Indicators KPIs Accuracy of cost analysis and reporting Reduction in cost variances and overheads Timeliness of report submissions Value of cost-saving initiatives implemented Why Join Us At Transparent Overseas we believe in operational transparency and financial discipline As a Cost Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every product we deliver is not only crafted with precision but also backed by smart financial efficiency and strategic cost management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
