Job Description Job Title: SQL Developer (Pharma Domain) Remote (CET Hours) Location: Fully Remote Type: Long-term Contract / B2B Engagement Availability: Immediate Start Required Time Zone: Central European Time (CET) About the Role We are seeking a SQL Developer with hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our global pharma client on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL-based solutions to support clinical, regulatory, and commercial data initiatives across global teams. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and reports. - Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and other developers to understand data requirements. - Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with pharma data standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve SQL performance and data issues. - Work closely with cross-functional teams across different geographies in CET hours. Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role. - Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is mandatory. - Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent). - Experience with data modeling, ETL tools, and relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). - Good understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA). - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup. - Must be available to work CET business hours. - Immediate availability required. - Contract/B2B engagement only (no employment option).
