Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting sales-related communications. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales calls, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to the achievement of overall sales goals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and maintaining a customer-centric approach to enhance both performance and client relationships. Qualifications - Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients professionally and build strong relationships. - Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment. - Sales experience in the IT or technology industry and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
